1996

It did not start in a large factory. It started in a family workshop.

In L'Escala, with just a few people and a clear objective: to design and manufacture industrial scales with their own hands, without depending on anyone. No large facilities, no investors. Just conviction and a lot of hard work.

That is where we come from.

2000

The first major leap: growing without losing our roots.

In just four years, the workshop in L'Escala became too small for us. We needed more space, more capacity and a larger team. So we opened new facilities in the Empordà Internacional industrial estate in Vilamalla.

And we put down roots.

2010

Our experience in weighing could go further.

That is how Baxtran was born, a brand with its own identity focused on commercial weighing, retail and point of sale. It was not a change of direction. It was a way to bring our experience to new applications and markets.

More weighing. Greater reach.

2015

The next step was weighing in motion.

With Girwim, we brought our weighing expertise to new scenarios such as mobility, transport and infrastructure, developing our own technology to weigh vehicles in motion and expand the way we understand weight.

And weighing took on a new dimension.

2019

An essential component in the weighing system: the load cell.

The load cell is one of the most critical components of any weighing system. With Transdutec, we strengthened our ability to design and manufacture it, ensuring greater industrial control.

Now the heart of the scale is ours too.

2019

Growth also required greater capacity.

Básculas Romero allowed us to strengthen our presence in the agricultural sector, bringing experience, specialization and proximity in weighing for the field.

A natural step in a key sector.

2025

Weighing was no longer just one part of the process. It could be integrated across the entire line.

With Etibal, we added experience in automation, labelling and filling systems, completing our ability to develop more integrated industrial solutions.

Everything started working connected.
