Giropes bets on local talent with its presence in TreballemGi

Giropes, a leading company in industrial weighing solutions, participated as an exhibitor at the TreballemGi job fair, last Wednesday, May 15th. The event took place at the Els Caputxins Auditorium in Figueres and its objective was to put the region's talent in contact with the main hiring companies.

For its part, Giropes attended more than 30 candidates from disciplines as varied as electronic and industrial engineering, warehouse operations and graphic design. By age, the professional profile also ranged over a wide spectrum, from 18 to 61 years of age.

As part of its expansion path, Giropes attended the TreballemGi fair with the intention of betting on local talent. Thus, most of the candidates interviewed are residents of the Empordà region.

TreballemGi is an employment fair organized by the Girona Chamber of Commerce and the Figueres City Council within the framework of the PICE Program (Integral Program for Qualification and Employment of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce), with the collaboration of the Girona Provincial Council, the Employment Service of the Government of Catalunya and the County Council of Alt Empordà, among other municipalities and organizations in the area.
