March of Albons

A few weeks ago Giropes sponsored one of the popular walks that are promoted in the municipalities near our facilities.

On this occasion, the aim of the walk was to raise funds for the participation in a series of activities that are promoted at a regional level, in order to finance projects that improve the quality of life of people affected by cancer.

The march, called Run Run Albons, consisted of two routes, one of 9 km and the other of 15 km. Both routes took place through the woods and trails of Puig Segalar and had about 200 participants. In addition, at the end of the walk several raffles were held, in which there were several Giropes products.

Among the participants were some Giropes employees (one of whom managed to reach the best time of 1h10min) and our CEO.
