Very close to our factory, on the Costa Brava, is the headquarters of Pescadors de Roses, a company with a long historical tradition linked to the sea.
With a wide portfolio of seafood products, Pescadors de Roses facilities have several packaging lines in which we can find a great variety of seafood, filleted or whole fish, as well as some elaborated products and a product that we at Giropes like very much, their fish fumet, which they distribute both for the Horeca channel and for large supermarkets or small retailers.
The weight control of each piece is very important in the fish products industry, and for this purpose, they have installed several kits of our TMGI scales. TMGI are single-cell bench scales, available in various sizes and finishes. Together with the GI400i indicators with LED display, the various production lines of Pescadors de Roses complete their installation with the Giscale software, with which they can digitize and centralize the information received by the scales of each line, thus having all the weighing records in real time directly in their database and being able to manage them in an agile and comfortable way.
Due to the high degree of humidity in environments that work with seafood products, the machinery used by Pescadors de Roses requires a good IP protection, being the equipment supplied by Giropes certified to withstand the continuous impact of moisture or dust effectively and without compromising the proper functioning of it.
