The GI620 T8 combines the reliability of a professional system with the flexibility of a portable case. Designed for axle and wheel weighing on the road or in fixed installations, it is ideal for mobile checks, campaigns and temporary inspection points.

	OIML approval Certified according to OIML R76 (static weighing) and OIML R134 (dynamic weighing) for axle weighing systems up to 5 km/h, providing regulatory support for every project.
	Portable and robust design Portable case with an 8” touchscreen (162 × 125 mm) and integrated virtual keyboard, IP54 protection (IP65 with the case closed) and a 11.1 V / 17.5 Ah rechargeable lithium battery for intensive working days.
	Flexible connectivity Up to 4 channels via cable or Bluetooth (depending on configuration), with RS232 as standard and optional USB. Wireless range up to 25 m and up to 10 m by cable to adapt to different installation scenarios.

What the GI620 T8 can do

The GI620 T8 integrates advanced functions for vehicle weighing, data management and load distribution analysis, both in axle weighing and wheel weighing modes.

Static or dynamic weighing

» Wheel weighing: always in static mode, displaying the weight per platform and the total vehicle weight.
» Axle weighing: in static or dynamic mode (up to 5 km/h), adding the weight of each axle to obtain the total.
» Full display: platform weight, axle weight and total vehicle weight on a single screen.

Memory and traceability

» Simple storage and organisation of weighings:
up to 1,000 records, assignment to customer or vehicle codes, date and time from the real-time clock, and ticket reprint and lists of vehicles and totals.

Centre-of-gravity calculation

» Load distribution analysis in wheel-weighing mode: centre-of-gravity calculation on 2, 3 or 4 platforms, display in coordinates or as a graphic, direct printing from the indicator and configuration of printing modes via GiManager.

Operating modes of the GI620 T8

The GI620 T8 allows you to configure the system in axle weighing or wheel weighing mode, adapting to the type of vehicle control you need at each site.

Axle-weighing mode

For axle-by-axle vehicle control.
Requires portable axle-weighing platforms or a built-in platform to weigh each axle; the sum of all axles provides the total vehicle weight.

Wheel-weighing mode

Designed for vehicle control by wheel.
The same number of platforms as wheels on the vehicle is required. It allows you to work with up to 4 reading channels and a maximum of 2 platforms per channel via cabled connection (centre-of-gravity function not available in this configuration).
