⇒ Repeater Mode

Sum function

Up to 4 input/output channels

With several display options: shows independent readings, readings + sum of weights or total only. Indicates the input channel and allows full screen to zoom (95mm high). 4 bidirectional channels: 2 RS232, 1 RS485 and 1 Ethernet/wifi port (optional).

Traffic light function

Color-coded

Intuitive and reliable weighing method on scales. Green digits indicate that the vehicle can access. Red, that the vehicle stops while the weight stabilizes. Once stable, the indicator registers the weighing and P16 changes back to green, indicating to the driver that he can leave the scale.

Checkweighing function

With GI400/GI410 indicators

When synchronized with the indicator, it displays the 4 zones of the checkweigher. Its chromatic code facilitates the detection of variations from the target weight, allowing to select the appropriate weight and to set upper and lower limits, either by percentage or value.

Traffic light function

With GI650 indicators

Connected to the GI650 indicator, it shows the 4 steps of the weighing process: Scale access availability, truck entry, weight capture and exit. All by means of color-coded text.

Dynamic axle weighing

With GI620 series indicators

Axle weighing with sum function. Displays the weight of each one separately and finally the sum of the total vehicle weight. Maximum speed: 5 km/h.

Remote control

For convenient configuration and interaction with the repeater, from a distance of up to 6 meters. Its buttons allow quick access to main functions such as Tare, Zero, as well as brightness adjustment and channel display changes to see in detail the weight of each scale, among several other functions.
Integration with Gimanager

Integration with Gimanager

Integration with Gimanager for PC incorporates downloading updates, firmware backups, real-time scale display, storage systems, regional configurations and even inter-device communication.
Device detection

Device detection

Automatically detects devices connected to the PC, both over the network and via the serial port. This includes both the GI6xx series indicators and the repeaters themselves, thus facilitating centralized management and configuration of all equipment connected on the same network.

The P16 repeater facilitates complete automation in installations with weighbridges by connecting to weight indicators of the GI4XX or GI6XX series, which in turn link to Giropes scales
