GIROPES S.L. Management establishes that:

The Quality Policy of GIROPES S.L. is focused on achieving customer satisfaction and guaranteeing the quality of our services.

To implement this policy effectively, the management is committed to the following:

  • To train, involve and make all staff responsible for achieving the company's policy and objectives.
  • To provide confidence to our customers in terms of reliability, technical capacity, availability, diligence, and security, guaranteeing the service we provide.
  • To implement a quality system that complies with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard and to commit to continuous improvement.
  • To establish the most suitable resources to ascertain and update the needs and expectations of the interested parts that will provide the basis for establishing the requirements of the service and to ensure the satisfaction of these needs and expectations.
  • Procure innovative technological resources to the extent that their economic or strategic value for investment is considered proven and that the available resources allow it.
  • Periodic approval of measurable quality objectives and assignment of responsibilities for their monitoring and achievement.
  • Having sufficient flexibility to adapt to the requirements of our clients in a dynamic, changing, and competitive environment.
  • To promote a good working environment based on team development and the participation and contribution of ideas from all members.
  • To reduce possible deviations and implement the necessary measures to anticipate defects.
  • Conduct activities in an impartial and structured manner to safeguard impartiality.
  • All non-conformities are analysed, and corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • To ensure the efficiency and quality of the services provided with a view to achieving the satisfaction of clients, always maintaining a commitment to confidentiality and impartiality.
  • To ensure compliance with the requirements of legal metrology and other existing applicable standards.
  • The policy is communicated to all personnel, including new personnel.

The assessment of the effectiveness of the Quality System is based on periodic reviews of the system and on the monitoring of quantified objectives that are periodically established, and which are consistent with the quality policy. GIROPES Management is committed to comply with the quality policy and to ensure that the staff is familiar with and complies with the provisions that appear in the quality manual, providing, as far as possible, the material and human resources that are necessary to achieve the required level of service.
